What conditions do you treat at MCMS?

Do I need a referral to become a patient?
A referral is typically required. Please check with your insurance provider or contact our office for details.
What should I expect during my first appointment?
You’ll meet with a specialist for a comprehensive neurological evaluation, including a detailed review of your medical history, symptoms, and diagnostic imaging.
Do you offer second opinions?
Yes, we welcome patients seeking second opinions about diagnosis, treatment options, or ongoing MS management.
What treatment options are available?
We offer a range of evidence-based treatments, including disease-modifying therapies, infusion therapy, symptom management, physical rehabilitation, and access to clinical trials.
Do you provide infusion therapy on-site?
Yes, Vivo Infusion® is conveniently located in the same suite as our clinic, and they share our focus on comfort, safety, and patient-centered care.
Can I participate in a clinical trial through MCMS?
Eligible patients may have the opportunity to join ongoing clinical trials. Ask your provider if a trial is right for you.
Do you offer support for caregivers and families?
Absolutely. We provide educational resources and can help connect families and caregivers with support networks.
Are there MS support groups affiliated with MCMS?
Yes, we can help connect you to local and national MS support groups, including those hosted by the National MS Society.
Where are you located?
We have two convenient locations in Plymouth and Woodbury, MN. Both locations offer the same comfortable, safe, and patient-centered care. Exciting news! Our Plymouth location is moving into a beautiful new suite, designed with you in mind.
